Delete your Kaabil account
You can delete your Kaabil account and your data at any time. You don't need the app installed to do it.
How to delete
1. In the app: open Kaabil, go to the Profile tab → Privacy, data and legal, and choose Delete account.
2. Or by email: write to privacy@redrob.io from the email address on your Kaabil account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm by email before we delete anything.
What gets deleted
• Your profile, resume and career preferences
• Your assessment responses, proctoring recordings and integrity signals
• Your connected Google, Gmail and other account data
• Usage data linked to you
What we may keep
• Payment and invoice records, for as long as tax law requires
• Assessment results you already shared with an employer or institution, which they may keep under their own policies
• Aggregated, anonymised statistics that no longer identify you
How long it takes
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.
Before you delete
• Paid through Google Play? Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
