How is Kaabil Assess pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on your total enrolled learners. The annual rate is ₹299 per learner for up to 1,000 learners, ₹199 for 1,001–5,000, ₹149 for 5,001–15,000, and custom pricing above 15,000.
Are teacher seats charged separately?
No. Unlimited teacher seats are included, so more faculty can use Kaabil Assess without additional seat charges.
How many assessments can each learner take?
Automatic grading is included for up to 30 assessments per learner per year.
How many question papers can we create?
Your annual limit depends on your learner band: 1,000, 2,000, 4,000, or 6,000 papers per year as you move through the pricing bands. The 3-month pilot includes up to 100 papers.
Can we start with a pilot before choosing an annual plan?
Yes. The 3-month pilot costs ₹99 per learner, requires a minimum of 700 learners, and has a hard cap of 100 papers for the quarter.

Do we need to purchase both plans?
No. Each plan can be purchased separately. If you choose both, the bundle is priced 10% lower than the combined list price.
Is there a minimum number of students required?
Yes. Pricing is based on licensed-student bands of 300, 500, 2,000, 5,000, and 10,000 students.
Are student retakes charged separately?
No. For assessments created using your institution’s own content, students can retake them immediately at no additional cost.
Can we start with one plan and add another later?
Yes. You can begin with the plan that fits your current requirements and add the other plan when needed.
Do employers automatically get access to student data?
No. Student consent is required before any score, credential, or candidate information is shared with an employer.
